Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds are credited back to the original account. Alternatively, we offer refunds through  diabeticcare India coupons for future purchases.

Returns and Replacements

We offer an easy return policy, allowing you to request returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. Defective products can also be returned within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return/exchange request, follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at https://diabeticcare.ssherbalindia.com/within 5 days of receiving the order.
2. Provide your order ID and details of the return/exchange request, along with images of the product and invoice.
3. We will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 business days. Refunds or replacements are processed upon receipt of the products in their original packaging.

Conditions for Return Rejection

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product returned without original packaging.
• Tampered serial number or altered composition.
• Return initiated after 30 business days from delivery.
• Return of free products provided by SS Herbal India.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our Customer Support within 5 days of delivery. Follow these steps for return/refund:

1. Email us at info@ssherbalindia.com with your order details and images/video of the damaged/wrong product.
2. We will arrange for product pickup within 4 – 7 days.
3. Refunds or replacements are processed upon receipt of the products in their original packaging.
